- Rent weekly or weekend mode

- Weekly stays (preferably) from Saturday: Arrival from 15.00 to 20.00; departure within hours 10,00

- Length of stay for medium and low season, weekends and holidays, minimum 4 nights

- Length of stay for high and very high season minimum one week

- Fee includes water, electricity and gas, TV, WiFi, cleaning and accomodation rearrangement

- Heating Cost: € 15.00 per day

- Children are free until they are age 3

- Long holiday discounts

- Special discounts for loyal guests
