- Weekly stays (preferably) from Saturday to Saturday: arrival         from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm; departure by 10.00 am

- Length of stay for medium and low season, long weekends and holidays,             minimum 3 nights

- Length of stay for high and very high season minimum one                   week

- Price includes consumption of water, electricity, gas, WiFi Internet,          bath linen (changed every 3 days), bed linen            (weekly change)
